Tyler’s Real Estate Journey
My career in real estate began with Finance degree from Auburn University. Over the years, I’ve been involved in more than $714 million in transactions and projects spanning brokerage, acquisitions, leasing, construction, and development. Along the way, I’ve hired and worked with both great and not-so-great property managers, which taught me exactly what it takes to manage properties effectively and deliver outstanding results.

Meg’s Hospitality Background
My background as a Licensed Professional Counselor shaped my ability to connect with people on a deep level. Those same skills—empathy, understanding, and anticipating needs—have guided me in creating memorable guest experiences. As an Airbnb Superhost for the past four years, I’ve perfected the art of making guests feel welcome and at home, earning their loyalty and countless glowing reviews.
